We will never book with HolAp and the Ackle couple again.Whether customer… service is good or bad is often only decided when there are problems. And there were!I don’t want to go into the dirt on the ventilation any further. The apartment was simple, but quite nice.On the day of arrival we found out that a jazz festival was going to be taking place right outside our window for a week: noise from midday until midday. 3 a.m., from several stages at the same time in our direction, with the balcony like a funnel reinforcing the whole thing. We couldn’t sleep! We have secured audio and film material.The Ackle couple comes across as inexperienced. After we made our complaint, there was nothing left of it. The jazz festival was mentioned, Ackles said. Yes, you have, in another context, without mentioning whether there is significant noise pollution. The answer that we should have known because our son works locally is also outrageous. No, firstly he didn’t know and secondly, since he was new to the place, he wouldn’t have been able to estimate what defects this apartment would have for a week.We were given a few francs off for saving on cleaning. They didn’t want to approach the owner of the apartment. Sure, it brings in money, they didn’t want to ruin the business. Then it’s better to turn away a guest, that’s how business works. We were offered another apartment! But we would have had to pay extra for that. No accommodation here either.Such behavior is reprehensible. We would have expected a subtle hint because the ACKLES knew the festival and where it was taking place.We moved out the next day. Almost 1,000 francs worth of damage, but at least peace and quiet.read more

Excellent, in all parts super equipped 50 sqm apartment with underground… parking space, close to the lake and immaculately clean. Very good service from the office, we came after office hours and found the key at the agreed place. We enjoy Switzerland, in everything.read more
